Hi,
can anyone cite the court case from the 1800s to resolve two patents
that were issued with identical claims, one for beer distillation and
the other for milk pasteurization?
this landmark case was the impetus for reforming the US Classification
system to categorize according to "function" of apparatus rather than
according to "industry"
