My step-sons picture showed up on an album cover last year (Full
Cover). It was a childhood pic his Uncle had taken when he was 10. His
Uncle being a professional photogragher freelanced the job. It seems
like the kid should have some compensation since it covers the whole
front cover and was used again on another album. His Uncle was asked
and refused so I'm wondering if he has a case, this happened in
England but the CD is sold worldwide. Its "Placebo". If anyone knows
an attorny that wants to take it on let me know. Its his own int-
property isen't it?
