=95 Work with the project department to define project processes
=95 Conduct & coordinate audit for process compliance
=95 Coordinate effectively across all groups in organization fir process
implementation
=95 Improve testing practices and work on defect prevention activities
=95 Conduct technology change management activities
=95 Work with outside organizations to obtain certifications/*****sments
=95 Work with practice leaders to freeze / improve estimation model
Technical skill required
=95 Knowledge of CMM/CMMI & ISO 9001
=95 Knowledge of S/w project management and s/w Engg,Test Management
=95 Experience in testing practice is added advantage
