Hi,
I'm trying to understand quality management principles within the context
of IT based systems.
I have read various books thus far but none seem to address the job roles
within the process.
What I mean is what role i.e. systems analysis, programmers, operations
staff, auditors etc when ensuring the quality of an IT system?
If anyone can recommend some reading material or break it down for me, it
would be much appreciated.
