Assume:
a) that organization A requires a product that provides highly
accurate testing equipment on human biollogical material.
b) that organization B produces such testing equipment.
1) What are the relevant ISO 9000 and related standards that apply to
such a situation (e.g., customer interfaces between B and A)?
2) What are the benefits of being compliant to such standards?
For example, suppose, A re****ts a problem on test equipment, B
provides a fix for the problem, and the fix is incor****ated into
existing testing equipment. So there are issues related to whether 1)
the communication between A and B sufficiently defined the issue, 2) B
adequately analyzes the issue, 3) B produces a solution that addresses
the issue, 4) B sufficiently tests the solution, and 5) B has the fix
properly incor****ated into the existing testing equipment in A's
possession.
Can you suggest which standards or other books/materials that would
provide a primer into this subject and the issues described above.
