The truth.  Give them a realistic estimate of what it will take to
replace you if you get hit by the proverbial bus.  Also, ask them if
they would prefer their order to be handled by an employee who could
leave on a two-week notice.

You shouldn't, if you want to be honest.  Microsoft was founded in
1975, while the infamous staff photo dated December 7, 1978, has 11
people in it, including Paul Allen, whose im****tance to early success
of Microsoft was no less than that of Bill Gates.  Steve Ballmer,
another im****tant cog in the Microsoft machine, was Gates' fellow
student at Harvard and has been with Microsoft since 1980...
