I think this is a great idea... as much as I loathe waiting in a
doctor's office where they believe that their time is more valuable
than mine, this will be a welcome change to the 1997 National
Geographic mags they all seem to have.

What seems to be the problem in getting funds? No prospects? Or
getting the prospects but the deals are dying? Where have you been
looking? Who are the principals/team of the company?

Have you been pitching this to the medical and doctor's associations?
Has there been any trial programs? and if so, how successful?

I really can't see a problem as to why you are not getting the
funding... there must be some underlying reason...
