Hello,
I am in the lawn mowing business. Being a child molester gets a
higher rating then people that mow lawns.

The industry is racked with a LONG list of problems.

20 plus economic terrorists that have flooded across the borders.

Repeat customers? People are EXTREMELY problematic. I am like a one
man band. I do not do used car salesmen type of hand holding.
Customers come and they go. People move, die and MOST do not pay.

I started a project many years ago called the Better Customer Bureau
that NO business was interested in. The idea was that instead of
rotten customers saying rotten things about me and the services I
provide I would be able to comment on the absolute insanity of just
mowing someones lawn.

I have Internet access in the truck. I am considering hooking up a
live web cam to show the world, them that would ever watch it, a
pathetic stand up roll on the floor examination of a day behind the
wheel of the truck and behind the mower.

Referrals???
I do NOT want referrals from my customers. Referrals are poison in
lawn mowing. Referrals are nothing but problems. I do not want my
customers to know who I mow for. That is because customers online
with sites like Google Business listings, Angies list and zilliions of
other places allow the customers to act like 3 year olds and not be
held responsible for their actions like payment and many hazards on
their property etc.

Since I am not a member of a union, I don't have a staff sitting on
the phones with retarded people all day, customers weed themselves
out.

In regards to Google. I get new customers in April and May. Google
traditionally took my web pages out of the index for several months
each year starting when they switched from an ordered indexed based on
content to one based on popularity from idiots like the customers
people in my industry deal with.

Lawn mowing is not rocket science. Most customers turn into like be
analy probed by aliens. The customer is NOT always right. I have
been in the business for close to 30 years. I think I figured out how
to mow a lawn and learned how to deal with people that are NOT
teachable and are on their own trip.

So, maybe someday people can watch the sad little live cam action
online and even pay to ride in the truck someday to see how the world
ticks from the underbelly way down below the child molester level. :)

Thanks

Tom
