Hello There,
I have a quick question regarding Intellectual Property (IP); I have a
2 yr. Massachusetts registered cor****ation (Rationale, Inc) and
recently received Federal Trademark approval for RATIONALE mark. We
are planning on moved the company headquarters to State of Virginia,
but there is already a similar company registered (i.e. Rationale,
Inc.)
Q1. What are my rights under the Federal Trademark?
Q2. Can I Register my company name (Rationale, Inc) based on Federal
Trademark infringement Or I have to change the Name.
