I can see asking an accountant (CPA or not) about the pros and cons
of LLCs and cor****ations, "S" or not, but I have done cor****ate ("S")
taxes myself for as long as we've had that cor****ation (inactive for
the last 10 years or so, which makes taxes really easy <g>).
It's quite doable, just learn a few new forms.
However, you might ask an attorney about the incor****ating bit.
(Neither of my current businesses is incor****ated.)
