It depends: sometimes what can be bad in a job is when you feel your
efforts are being misdirected by your employer: that you really want to
be able to do things to help the business, but you're not allowed to,
you have to do things that you think are less im****tant or urgent.
(Of course, depending on the business, sometimes a customer will want
you to do something for them where you know that what would help them
better is something else, but you can't interest them in that.)

And, often, the market can be a bit surprising. (I'm good at designing
things for people like me, but most people aren't like me!)
