VC is serious business.
they don't invest in wishy, washy shaky half-baked ideas and.or teams
lol - in your case, if VC's did invest in that stage, there'd be hoards of
prospects to shuffle through.
they already have thousands of 'developed' prospects to inspect...what
makes
you think they'd even look at your 'concept' stage idea
hopefully you can self-finance, or find angels or smaller investors to
jump
on board for your stage
