Hello,
I have just started working on an IT contract in Eastern Europe but as
of yet have not seen or signed my contract. I have been informed by
the agency that the contract has now been agreed with my umbrella
company and that everything is in hand. However, I'm beginning to
think I made a mistake in taking the contract and am thinking of
leaving the role.
What I really want to know is if I leave will the company or agency
have any comeback, as I have not actually signed anything (and also
would I have to work any notice period?).
