Dear all,
Recently I just resigned from the position of secretary from a newly
registered company with my partner. The company is a Limited liability
company registered in uk. Originally I registered with my partner with
my partner being the director, and me being the secretary and
subscriber of 1 share to start out with.
I'm wondering if I was to remain as a subscriber, will I have any
financial risks in case the company get into trouble?
(It is not in business yet).I'm not very clear on what
responsibilities subscribers have.
