Just send several different resume to the large outsourcing firms.
The oursourcing houses will call you with potential contracts. You
will then see which firms outsource.
Unfortunately, just because they outsource their work to the big
consulting firms doesn't mean that the companies will be interested in
doing business with you directly. The ugly truth [ with help of
section 1070 of the IRS code] is that many of the firms have exclusive
arrangements and preferred vendor lists. If you are not on the list,
you might be great, but they won't hire you. In fact, I have worked
with a small agent who had a relation****p with IBM Watson, but not
with the other facilities. My contract got transfered, and I was
pressed to work with the other agencies in a pass-through
arrangement. In 1999, times were good, so I refused to share my
revenue stream. Unfortunately, they got rid of me about a year later
when the internet business model imploded.
