There are several hosting sites, such as register.com or network
solutions that have templates or offer design services to create your
Web site for you.  They also have tools which let you essentially cut
and paste your copy into the template.  I've also heard people
recommend Yahoo! site builder.

The trouble is that unless you learn at least some HTML, or find
someone who knows it to do it for you, it will be hard to update your
site or fix any errors.
