business partner****p help

Hello all

    I would like to know how i could make a business work with my brother.
I
have had a business for 5 years in gardening now and it is going ok. My
brother took a course in arboriculter.I helped my brother to start a
business on his side. He helped me in the 4 year when i started to get
more
work. And i helped him get most of his good contracs the first year. I
would
like to work together as we both need help in our business. I need a
second
helper and my brother can't work alone in trees.
    I would like to know how  the split would be 50/50 or should we do
some
thing like 49/51. We both have trucks. And we would probalby use them both
depending on the job we have to do. When we do a planting jod (hedge) i
buy
all the plants and cover all cost and when we do a tree cutting job thire
is
almost no cost for this as most is little gas for the chain saw. I have a
good relation****p with my brother and want to keep it this way. I would be
really mad if our work would change our vistion together. Help please.
