According to Social Security the medically determinable impairments I
have are: personality disorder, not otherwise specified with features,
depression, in full remission, peptic ulcer disease, migraine
headaches, hyperlipidemia, and narcissistic personality disorder.
The majority of the listed disorders appear to suggest that beating me
up and otherwise assaulting me is acceptable seeing as how I'm an
ass-hole anyway.
What about the being delusional with the paranoid overlay on my
personality and other dangers I supposedly pose to the community? That
was the cover story that was splattered and battered all around when it
was the convenient tool government was whipping up on me with. It was
mighty handy when I was being forced committed to a state mental
institution and force medicated with the crazy shots and such. All the
big shots that work the newsgroups probably remember something along
those lines and what about those two years I was held on a torturous
and abusive suicide watch as a super dangerous and threatening
individual? What about me being beat-up and/or assaulted by Hinds
County booking deputies? I guess it was just on me because our pleas
for help certainly weren't answered. Social Security assumes that I
may experience occasional problems with these impairments and outside
the medically determinable impairments social security makes it a point
to describe me as combative. Also social security basically states that
it's my fault that I was turned down because I wouldn't submit to
further harassments and prodding by the government after they have held
me and abused me in they're prisons jails and mental institutions for
four years. Social Security desires to have me go to the University
Medical Center in Hinds County for another mental evaluation. Social
Security also wants a police officer to be present. I have been told to
get out of Hinds County by law enforcement and I was told to go to
Lamar County until I am summoned for a so-called new trial. I have
received no summons and other than the time I was trans****ted to Hinds
County by ambulance I have not been in Hinds County.
I have no desire to return to Hinds County and I have a problem with
USM doing anything concerning me. What's up with the intimidations
and why is government still harassing me? Maybe it's because I refuse
to shut-up and I talkback and maybe that's the reason government
employees believe they can assault and beat-up on me with a free pass.
Maybe that's the reason the government can throw me into they're
jails, prisons and mental institutions without meeting the burden of
proof while I'm told I have to meet those guidelines.
I was crazy as a loon when it suited government then it turned to
criminal and now nothings wrong with me that a good ass whipping or
killing won't take care of so go figure.
I guess I'm just screwed so for my own safety I'd better just
remain bunkered up so to speak.
