My sentiments exactly and we have plenty of not only official type
do***entation but physical evidence to go along with it. The FBI came
to the home my wife was renting when I was thrown out the back door of
prison via the Mississippi Supreme Court and ordered to go from Hinds
County to Lamar County to await a so-called new trial. The FBI
questioned me in the presents of our firearms hanging on the wall as to
if there was in fact a jury present and I repeatedly told them that
there was a jury present but they were not sworn in. I lifted the butt
end of the AR-15 automatic rifle that was hanging on the wall to
explain to the two FBI agents that that was one of the firearms we were
on our way to pawn just before Hinds County Sheriff deputy Donny Newman
illegally arrested me. I'm no gun nut either but I believe in home
protection and my wife and I bought the AR-15 brand new some 15 or more
years before hand and even before the so-called band on dealers selling
that type rifle was enacted, so it was totally legal. We owned nearly 5
acres of land in Hinds County that was nearly paid for and had a 14x70
three bedroom two bath mobile home set up on it with a storage building
that we had bought and paid for along with a 10 foot satellite dish and
many memories of our 5 children growing up there.
We have stacks of letters from the U.S. Justice Department, FBI,
notifications of e-mails received at the White House by former
President Clinton the First Lady and Al Gore, we have letters from the
governor of the State of Mississippi and the Attorney Generals office
along with a massive amount of other politicians. We have audiotapes of
conversations with the former Hinds County Coroner and law-enforcement
officers and we taped the calls coming in the night of the early
morning our 16-year-old son James Richard Jones was killed along with
Thomas Yancey Reed 17 years old. The taped calls were repeated warning
for the boys to '... watch out they're looking for you....'.
We have the 1st Judicial District Grand Jury Subpoenas that my wife and
I were subpoenaed with to give evidence of matters that happened in the
2nd Judicial District of Hinds County where the 1st judicial district
had no jurisdiction whatsoever as far as I know. Most counties have
only one Judicial District but Hinds County has two as does a few other
counties in Mississippi. As I have stated before I'm not a lawyer but
I'm of the understanding that it really does make a great deal of
difference legally. I have been in Lamar County for going on five years
now and I have yet to be subpoenaed back to Hinds County for a
so-called new trial. The newest Hinds County District Attorney's
office says they have no evidence to prosecute me with.
I am basically being held in limbo and though we have contacted
countless lawyers no lawyer wants to touch this and have told us
everything from they don't want to step on any toes to it's just to
big to etc., etc., etc. My SSI disability benefits have been cut off
through illegal means and we basically have economic sanctions asserted
against us for years now adding insult to injury if you will.
Our Medicaid has been cut off and our health is worsening. I have
nowhere to go yet I desperately want to depart this corrupt state but I
here that it is the same everywhere and that depresses me even more. We
are basically all packed up with nowhere to go and no funds to get
there. I often find myself thinking of a suicide cocktail but then I
think that that is exactly what the evil tyrants want but then I think
that even that is playing into they're sick game so go figure. Thank
you for your time.
