I saw a web sight today stating that Ole Miss was going to be teaching
cl***** on and/or for Homeland Security. I thought to myself that here
is the entire fox-herd so to speak being allowed into all the chicken
houses in America and an ill feeling came over me. These are the same
UMC bunch of human rights violators that illegally and maliciously
falsify medical do***ents and deny medical treatments to individuals
that they deem unworthy and otherwise worthless. It's like putting
the Nazis in charge of the Motherland otherwise referred to as Homeland
Security. The Daily Mississippian was bolstering the newest outrage in
corrupt activities coming out of Oxford Mississippi and while I offered
my feedback I didn't see it when I returned hours later so as with
the Nazi tradition I can only assume that I was censored?
I did however post the same writing in the Google News Groups where it
was displayed almost immediately.
I might also add that the notorious book writer and former Hinds County
Assistant Prosecutor who carried out the illegal
persecution/prosecution for the former Hinds County District Attorney
Ed Peters against Richard Mark Jones in about November of 1999 was also
a student at Ole Miss. The former Mississippi Attorney General Mike
Moore who sought to assign an assistant to further prosecute/persecute
the illegal cases against Richard Mark Jones also attended Ole Miss.
The totally false and illegal foundation of the cases presented are now
being used as case law as though it were all legitimate when that's
the furthest thing from the truth. The cases Jones v. State, 798 So. 2d
1241 (Miss. 2001) otherwise referred to as 2000-KA-00777-SCT Richard
Mark Jones, v. State Of Mississippi are a complete and utter sham
against the people of not only the State of Mississippi but the entire
population of these United States of America.
I have just discovered that at least three of the players involved in
the illegal persecution/prosecution of Richard Mark Jones were depicted
in some sort of movie called Ghosts of Mississippi as referenced at

The names that jump out regarding the illegal persecution/prosecution
of Richard Mark Jones are

District Attorney Ed Peters
Judge Hilburn
Others involved in the sham appear to have attended Ole Miss up around
Oxford Mississippi otherwise referred to as the University of
Mississippi.
I have no way to scan the letter at the moment that I received from the
Social Security Administration Administrative Law Judge Edgar J.
Perkerson dated January 21st 2006 but the reply to that letter has been
posted to Newsgroups:

The judge basically states in his letter to me that he received a
re****t from the psychologist that he ordered me to go see and I
apparently failed at the level of cooperation and/or interaction that
was expected of me and the psychologist had to tell us (my wife and I)
to leave due to him the psychologist being fearful of me becoming
violent. The judge also wants me to stop singing my name 'under
duress' and sign medical releases as though I were not under duress
so he don't have to subpoena those illegally manufactured records
that were basically concocted while I was being held unlawfully. The
judge also wants me to travel to Jackson Mississippi for 20 cents a
mile and go to the University of Mississippi Medical Center and be
evaluated by a Dr. Smith and has ordered that a guard be present during
the evaluation. The ultimatum basically went on to say that if I
didn't accept the entire conditions in the affirmative within 14 days
he would rule on the evidence he had. Naturally the judges name
didn't appear anywhere on the actual letter although Social Security
this and that did and the judges name only appeared on the second page
that could actually be said to go along with a completely different
do***ent so go figure? I was told to get out of Hinds County and stay
out by a Hinds County Sheriffs Deputy and then told by Judge Hilburn to
go to Lamar County until summoned for the so-called new trial and I
have not been served with a legal summons to this day. If I should be
served I will immediately request protective custody not that
protective custody really offers all that much protection but what the
hell. I was trans****ted by ambulance from Forrest General Hospital up
to the University Medical Center in Jackson shortly after hurricane
Katrina devastated this area and I was not a happy camper when I got
there due to knowing what a nasty bunch of haters they really are and I
was basically thrown out on the street within hours of my arrival and
my sister who lives in another county had to come and pick me up.
Within a few days I had to be trans****ted by ambulance from my sisters
home to St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson where I remained for several
days and literally had to beg to get out.
The Mississippi Medical Center i.e. University of Mississippi is the
State Prisons Medical providers and deniers unless something's
changed so go figure.
DISCLAIMER: It is truly pitiful that a citizen of these United States
of America feels like they have to add a disclaimer for whatever it may
be worth to pacify certain unstable individuals who have likely done
wrong yet would twist things so as to have me looking like I'm about
to rip they're heads off and chunk them at they're dieing ass's
when that is simply the farthest thing from the truth and reality. I
certainly do have issues and with more than sufficient good cause and
there are those who would like to see me silenced forever and always.
So as with all good disclaimers I must now state that no threats of
violence or harm have been made or implied against any person and/or
individual other than the insinuation by the professionals and/or
experts that I should be considered to be a violent person i.e. a
danger and a threat to the community. rmj
