Conspirators

For starters I need a list of as many of the allegedly good and decent
people who conspired to have me illegally removed from they're community
after the killing of my minor-child James Richard Jones age 16 on May 11th
1996. There was an official government involvement even before the death
of
our child whereas my wife went to government officials and told them of
threats being made against our children that included bringing guns to our
home. We were singled out and targeted as complainers, whiners,
troublemakers and etc. by government officials. The real trouble didn't
begin until Utica High School was closed and the students were sent to the
Raymond High School. There have long been animosities on the Raymond side
directed toward the Utica side. The Utica children were commonly referred
to
as the Utica bunch and often steamrolled over by the Raymond bunch if you
will. The poor white children in the Utica/Edwards area either had strings
pulled for them in some manner to attend the predominantly white Raymond
school or otherwise they went to the predominantly black Utica school. The
more wealthy usually sent they're children to predominantly white private
schools. We had unknowingly jumped out of the skillet and into the fire in
moving from Lamar County Mississippi to the 2nd judicial district of Hinds
County Mississippi. We had unknowingly moved into a war-zone whereas the
Raymond side had all the firepower so to speak. Firstly you would have to
compare the two areas Utica vs. Raymond and the picture becomes abundantly
clear on many fronts. A big Hinds County super jail type prison is located
right in Raymond and is an economic and employment powerhouse for Raymond
and then there is the Hinds County Penal Farm located right next to the
super jail. Raymond is essentially a prison worker town and they have a
monopoly on the police protections firstly and foremost for they're
bigheaded and arrogant suckling children. They are thought all the
provocation techniques to use against they're enemies and those techniques
are nothing less than hate tactics.
Hinds Community College also located in Raymond caters to the education of
jailers who mostly work in Raymond. Raymond is based on tormenting and
torturing people and setting up some lowly individual by planting drugs on
them or in they're car. This is amusement to them but certainly not for
the
lowly individual that has been so targeted.
Naturally when an incident occurs between the Raymond bunch vs. the Utica
bunch it will be the Raymond bunch that is ****elded and protected while
the
Utica bunch is persecuted, prosecuted or killed.
