I strenuously do not recommend using Iinternet as a web host, and I have
nearly four years of experience to speak from. This host lacks technical
expertise and has no regard for customer service or basic human dignity.

This web host was once a good deal, but since web hosting plans have
changed over time, unlike this company, they are no longer a good deal.
Moreover, their service is unreliable, their tech sup****t non-existent,
and their customer service aggressively rude. Moreover, their servers are
located in hurricane alley Florida, and they have NO back up systems.
When a storm hits, they go down for weeks at a time, but they manage to
keep their front page running.
After a final year of spotty service in 2004, I complained to tech sup****t
and quickly found this is a one person company. The tech sup****t IS the
owner, so there is no vetting of services. After a week of down time and
catching the "tech sup****t" in a lie, I was threatened and received
harassing and politically unfriendly remarks.
My experience is not unique; check around for other reviews. This web
host is known for refusing to redirect domains, and I had to play a long
cat and mouse game to get my domain redirected. In all, this is an
unfriendly and at the least homophobic host to work with. Take your
dollars elsewhere. You will not appreciate the attitude or the down time.
