2000-KA-00777-SCT

It seems to me than while the State of Mississippi claims to have
proven that I was a convicted felon in the Mississippi Supreme Court
Case No.# 2000-KA-00777-SCT the Supreme Court while not specifically
ruling on many independent items did find the so-called trial rife
with deficiency's and overturned the bogus so-called convictions. As
the State of Mississippi claimed to have proven that I was a convicted
felon in that case and the case was subsequently overturned then I
would have to assume that that part was also overturned. By Hinds
County remanding to file the case that was supposedly remanded back to
Hinds County for a new trial it would seem to prove that the State of
Mississippi could not and cannot prove its cases yet still wants to
claim victory in some manner. I'm not a lawyer and lawyer double-talk
only makes me sick to my stomach but Mississippi is well known for its
ole boy tactics and corruption within government. By the Mississippi
Supreme Court not ruling in a clear and precise manner it seems to
leave open certain matters for deliberate misinterpretation and
thereby puts me at further risk and in violation of the constitution.
It should not be a matter of rather the State of Mississippi wants to
further assault me by claiming not to have an interest in further
prosecuting and persecuting me on bogus so-called convictions that are
as corrupt as those who would use them and/or assert them. I cannot
put up a defense unless I have a retrial and that is where the State
of Mississippi seems to have a problem and I cannot put up a defense
if the lawyers won't engage and defend me properly as they should have
but refused to. If I am to be accused by the State of Mississippi then
a trial should be had that is constitutional and legal and if no trial
is to be forthcoming then it should be the duty of the United States
Congress and other government officials under their oath that they
swore to in upholding the United States Constitution to call whatever
hearings necessary to resolve these very im****tant issues.
