Mr. Cochran
                              With all due respect and in regards to
the multiple issues my family and I have attempted to bring to light
there is much more to be done. If I may speak freely and without the
rush to presume that I am making some sort of threat against some
individual and/or humanity I would like to firstly state that I fear
corrupt government and the illegal antics it employs to suggest a
citizen is and/or was a convicted felon. In the letter from the
Mississippi Attorney General office April 16, 2004 that speaks to the
fear I exist with in being in possession and control of multiple
firearms it is not a fear of committing any crime in being in
possession of those firearms but rather the fear of corrupt government
assaulting me illegally again at its convenience. While the State of
Mississippi and the Attorney for the State of Mississippi would surely
assert that I am and/or was a convicted felon for the purposes of
protecting the State of Mississippi and the cover-ups it has engaged
in and/or sup****ted I would assert that I have never been a convicted
felon within any legal and constitutional context. My human rights,
legal rights, and constitutional rights have been violated to the core
repeatedly and no matter what style sham court proceedings are used to
attempt to reinforce the cover-ups it is still illegal and will remain
illegal. I'm not a politician nor am I a lawyer but what has been done
was and is illegal on the part of government. The political games that
are played mean little to me but what's right is right and what's
wrong is wrong and government was wrong in doing what it did to me and
my family and I'm not asking for any kind of so-called forgiveness of
any alleged so-called convictions that were never legal nor legitimate
and that seems to be one of the many issues we have. I'm tired of
being the whipping-boy for corrupt government and corrupt officials
and I'm tired of my children dieing as a result of the beatings I have
received by government. If I am as the State of Mississippi contends a
convicted felon then I should have the op****tunity to defend against
those allegations and by the so-called prior defenses refusal to
engage in such a defense I have had none. I can't make the lawyers
that are paid by government defend me and I do not have the funds to
hire the defense lawyers to do what is right. It seems to boil down to
having the money to buy some so-called justice or not. I remain in
possession and control of those same firearms and while that is not
intended as a threat of any kind it remains a fact. It would seem that
if I am in illegal possession at the state level of government then I
would also be in illegal possession at the federal level and the FBI
has came and witnessed me setting with those firearms and touching
those firearms so I really don't know what else to do other than
attempt to draw some attentions to the matters that should have long
ago been resolved but have not been. My health is not that good and
with all the enhanced pressures of another illegal government assault
directed toward me as well as my family that could accrue at any given
time it is not helping and it is cruel and hateful. I am in the hopes
that you might be able to call some hearings on the issues or
otherwise have some investigations into the matters. As the FBI has
been involved for a very long time they might have some very
interesting files/photos and so on and if they have no photos then
that would also be very interesting after they took so many of me
after the violent and brutal beating I received in the mid 70s by
Jackson Mississippi police officers. It might also be interesting to
know how it was possible for me to undergo massive human rights
violations, legal rights violations, civil rights violations and other
violations while the FBI was suppose to be on the job investigating?
