Illegalities
In a letter to U.S. Senator Thad Cochran from the Mississippi Attorney
Generals office dated April 16, 2004 of which I received a copy from
the Senator It seems the State of Mississippi has no further interest
in prosecuting and persecuting me over still being in possession of
firearms while allegedly being a so-called convicted felon. The damage
has been done and another one of our children is now dead and while
the State of Mississippi says that the Mississippi Supreme Court did
not reverse the so-called convictions that were used to obtain
subsequent so-called convictions that the Mississippi Supreme Court
did overturn and the primary so-called convictions still remain in
place. Those so-called convictions that have been deliberately and
maliciously left in place are more illegal than the ones overturned.
With Hinds County remanding to file their bogus charges I am left with
no way to fight the primary so-called convictions still left in place.
That is presuming of course that I had a lawyer that would engage and
defend me where they refused to in the past. Government seems to enjoy
opening the door just enough to slap me around and abuse me then slam
the door shut until it gets ready to beat up on me some more. My
rights have been violated under the United States Constitution and no
one seems to be wanting to do much if anything about it. I am kept in
jeopardy for no good reason and beat to a pulp whenever the notion
hits someone and all because some so-called good honorable politicians
and government officials have violated laws and the Constitution in
connection with the so-called convictions that are illegally attached
to me. Maybe the politicians have found a way to use all that to
obtain some political advantage over their adversaries or maybe both
big boy political parties are involved to the hilt and are just
playing political games instead of long ago doing the right thing?
Either way it really stinks and my family as well as I are caught in
the crossfire and left just hanging. We have suffered enough and that
has been far too much yet we are still being needlessly whipped on and
being made political games-stock for cruel politicians and corrupt
government. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know what has been
done to us is highly illegal and unconstitutional yet government and
the politicians act like they don't get it. Maybe they just don't want
to get it but these issues are not going away.
