Medical Bills
It seems that the Credit Bureau Central feels it necessary to conduct
an investigation of my employment, auto or other property…. The total
due Forrest General Hospital as of 03-19-04 is 10120.06 and that would
not include all the medical bills that have ac***ulated since I was
thrown out the back door of prison via the Mississippi Supreme Court
yet I remain serving prison time on paper according to MDOC records
dept. My SSI disability benefits have still not been restarted since I
was illegally arrested, charged, indicted and sent to prison on bogus
charges without due process and along with other constitutional rights
violations. As I am unable to work I cannot pay the vast medical bills
and I am not receiving the proper medical services that I am in need
of along with the proper medications that I need. I seems that we are
all getting the shaft in some manner and it is not by my design. If I
had the medicade and SSI that was cut off as a result of illegal
government activities I would not be forced to go to the hospital as
often and the bills would be paid under medicade and I could receive
the medications that I am in need of. There are many other medical
bills besides the Forrest General Hospital bills and they want their
money for also, there are at least 3 ambulance services, Wesley
Medical Center, Hattiesburg Clinic and all sorts of doctors. A
thorough investigation of my employment would find that I am disabled
and still serving prison time. I am not trying to begrudge the medical
community out of their money but I cannot pay what I do not have and I
am unable to obtain and the responsibility of paying the bills is not
mine although I am had to sign for the bills. All the creditors need
do is contact MDOC records dept and find out just what the ham and
eggs is going on and why they are being forced to absorb the fallout
from illegal government activities. The creditors should contact their
government representatives and take it up with them because I'm
getting screwed over far worse than they are and have been for a very
long time. The creditors have much more pull with government than I do
and I have repeatedly voiced my opposition to what government has done
and is doing and the creditors should be fully aware of that. Just
about all I get in the mail are medical bills and I basically don't
have any medical care services for all the bills. I am without
medications that I really do need and I am without a so-called
personal medical doctor that I might feel comfortable with and I have
no funds to pay in any case. With all the extra-applied pressures and
anxieties that I have added to the medical problems I have my medical
situation is surly running downhill and I am told that my attitude is
far less than desirable to most people. While I'm not running around
going berserk and assaulting the police nor have I due to not being
medicated and/or otherwise as has been suggested, I do however need
medications and medical services for other medical conditions that
could become and/or is life threatening to me. By prolonging and
delaying my ability to obtain those needed services my life is put at
risk inhumanely and unjustly and my general overall medical conditions
are allowed to worsen.
