Still Corrupt
According to MDOC records department I'm still serving the 8 years
worth of sentences that were illegally awarded me. Doing time on paper
is what it is most commonly known as and if Hinds County does nothing
I am told that I will be awarded a discharge after the time has ran
out in 2006. We are told to go back to Hinds County with our
complaints and deal with basically the same bunch of corrupt
politicians and government officials that did it to us in the first
place. I'm sorry but I just don't see Hinds County admitting to any
wrongdoings but on the other hand I can very clearly see Hinds County
committing further abuses toward us. Well I'm home isn't that enough
it is suggested but I would suggest that I am still being abused by
government. The politicians and courts in Mississippi should be
ashamed as well as the lawyers and law-enforcement in general for the
atrocities they have caused and/or created. After they violate the
laws and Constitutions they use their so-called legal loopholes to
free themselves from their crimes and the damage they have done while
leaving their victims susceptible to further abuses as a result of the
crimes government has committed. I wonder how many others have they
done this to and I feel there must be many. Where are the protections
for the people that need it the most?
