To Whom It May Concern:
While I'm not a lawyer and the so-called lawyers rules of professional
conduct along with other rules have been knowingly and maliciously
violated by many lawyers, judges and others and it leads me to believe
that a conspiracy to violate my constitutional rights and other rights
at the city, county, state and federal levels was in play and
therefore should be addressed as crimes. I once read that the
purposeful avoidance of knowledge of a crime is a crime unto itself
and it would appear that the FBI along with other government
officials/agencies have long been within that realm of activities.
Having some individuals lose their so-called license to practice law
means very little to me in the greater scope of things after the
abuses I as well as my family have long suffered. I have been told to
turn lawyer Griffin over to the bar by lawyer deGruy as well as a
state prison staff member but that ploy would seem to work for the
Hinds County Public Defenders/Pretenders office as well as others who
have violated laws and/or other so-called rules. Lawyer Paul Snow III
violated just as bad as the rest did and they were working off the
Paul Snow III and Hinds County District Attorney Ed Peters results of
abuse and violations from years past. I believe an all out assault on
me was put in motion to reinforce and sustain the illegal acts and
abuses I had suffered from years past and that seems to clearly
suggest a conspiracy to further the violations of my constitutional
rights both state and federal as well as my human rights. Throw in the
TV Prosecutor lawyer Bobby Delaughter for enhanced effect and
creditability and the plot thickens. Attorneys General Mike Moore
entered the assault along with other lawyers so just whom all should I
turn in to the Mississippi Bar and/or elsewhere because I certainly
wouldn't want to leave any out and what about all the lawyer judges?
All sorts of political games and cover-ups seem to have been in play
and still are but it is we who are doing the suffering. They came to
my prison cell on December 10, 2000 and told me that my son Richard
Lee Jones 17 had just been killed while I set there being illegally
held in prison and those who sent me there knew I was there illegally
while being cruelly kept from my children and wife. The pain is and
was indescribable and the foul play involved in our first sons death
on May 11, 1996 has not even been resolved or even owned up to by a
government and lawyers that still list the homicide death of James
Richard Jones 16 as an accident. While all this may not be of concern
to you it has destroyed me and disintegrated my family and I don't
believe that the possible disbarments of some corrupt lawyers will in
any way supersede the crimes that have been committed against me and
my family nor do I believe that a formal complaint to the Mississippi
Bar is a prerequisite to having the crimes investigated as they should
have already been.
