Wrongs
While the Mississippi Lawyers Bar spokesperson indicates that they
don't have lawyers for the poor the Mississippi Supreme Court had me
call on a calling card that I once had use of to the Mississippi Bar
for a pro bono lawyer and that was a flop. I guess they don't have
lawyers for the poor but the pro bono number I called seemed to work
and was even answered after quite some effort and repeated calls but
no bro bono for me. The ACLU turned us down in the midst of my
receiving the torture treatment down to the Hinds County Jail while
being held on suicide watch for about 20 months and being beat up by a
deputy while another looked out due to what they called lawyer ethics.
I am not the most articulate person in the trailer park (so the world
is totally out of the question) but wrongdoings by lawyers, judges,
and the judicial system in general should be apparent even when I get
somewhat over zealous in my attempts to correct the injustices done me
as well as my family although I can't correct anything it's the
lawyers that run the whole judicial branch of government and then
some. I can only rise as much so-called hell as I possibly and/or
passably can without catching a so-called criminal charge for
complaining to hard least some lawyer, government official and/or
government worker take it as a threat, harassment or otherwise attempt
to ****ft the focus and silence the complaining victim. I'm sure that a
lot of people in government just don't want to hear it but when you
are beat up very badly by a group in government and/or government in
general and are forced to have communications with the very same bunch
even if some members have changed it is very trying still. To be
forced to communicate with the very same ones that abused you and/or
aided in your abuse it becomes very difficult not to show some anger
and frustrations and that can easily be taken advantage of. When
government does it to a person they don't want the person putting it
in their face else that is considered a threat and that's just crap.
The places that one is suppose to go to complain have their own little
shut-you-up legal angles such as the Mississippi Lawyers Bar does with
threats of prosecutions if you should break their gag rule that you
must sign to make a complaint and that's just wrong and I refuse to
sign and if they can't get the message then they don't want to get the
message and hide behind their legal code to avoid doing what's right
and in favor of doing more wrong. It doesn't take a rocket scientist
to see that severe wrongs were done me and my family yet they seem to
be avoided due to some legal technicality that allows them to be
avoided and there lies the problem for the most part. I don't know
what's going on and nobody has taken the time to ease my mind and
that's wrong as well. Government just keeps people out there wondering
what government will do to them next and plays the people continually
and that's just more abuse as far as I can tell. Government don't mind
making their own motions and filing them against a person but when it
comes to government doing the right thing after abusing and wronging a
person they get a tat slow to the point of brain dead on filing a
motion to help the person that was quite noticeably wronged and that
just further shows how corrupt they really are. The courts (even
clerks) can do all sorts of things on their on motion when they want
too but they seem to be really lacking in the human decency department
after they have wronged some poor nobody who can't afford to put up a
fight.
