Rights
As I looked at my wife and children I said 'he's a s**** he's
violating my rights' and lawyer deGruy snapped back 'you don't know
what your rights are'. Well I may not know what my rights are but that
doesn't give the government the right to violate them, because they do
know. How am I expected to be my own lawyer when as deGruy stated I
don't know what my rights are and he and Fortner refused to defend me?
I was lead to believe that lawyers were suppose to inform you of your
rights and protect those rights but when you are in the process of
being railroaded to prison by way of the torture plan and brainwa****ng
you have no rights. That would seem to make it all the worse when your
so-called lawyer tells you that you don't know what your rights are
and he refuses to protect those rights and aids in the violations of
those rights. With lawyers like that there is no need for the
prosecutors to even show up. But the show must go on and that it did
along with all the abuses that went with it. It seems that I read that
deGruy said upon appointment to head the Mississippi death roe inmates
defense department that some people really need their rights protected
when the state is trying to kill them or something like that and it
makes me sick as I ask what about Richard Lee Jones age 17 what about
his young life that was lost due to deGruy helping the state railroad
me to prison illegally and buy deGruy and others allowing my rights to
be violated.
