Above The Law
There are a lot of things that government does that are so illegal
that most people would just not believe it possible. I have been told
over and over that they (government) can't do that, but they did and
they do. It's little comfort to be told that government can't do this
or that when they are doing just that. How can that be and why is it
allowed and sanctioned? The so-called Bill of Rights means nothing
when government is violating and/or has violated most every part of
it. Well they can't do that you have a lawsuit I'm told over and over
while they are beating me down constantly and I'm saying damm all that
just make them stop. They didn't stop and nobody would do a damm thing
about it other than say that's a civil matter and there's nothing they
can do about that, and the abuses went on. It's like someone jumping
on you and is kicking your ass severely and though people are watching
none steps in to stop the assault but rather yell out that you have a
lawsuit and that they would stop it but that's a civil matter. The
average citizen would be arrested and carted off to jail as a criminal
for violating some law but government type citizens can openly violate
the law without fear of arrest and it's called a civil matter. It
certainly didn't feel like a civil matter, it felt more like criminal
type crimes were being committed against me in violation of the law.
It seems that so-called lawyers ethics kept the lawyers from re****ting
the crimes to those responsible for enforcement of those laws or those
responsible for the enforcement of those laws choose not to enforce
those laws, kind of like selective protection of the laws. It appears
to be sanctioned to violate and allow the violation of laws against
certain citizens of the United States of America without fear of
criminal prosecutions and at the taxpayers' expense. Now that sounds
like government welfare for the criminals who work in government and
who get a free ride for their crimes against lowly citizens that can
least afford to defend themselves. We hear it said that by
scrutinizing would be politicians that it makes it to were most people
don't even want to run for political office and that may be true but
that doesn't mean that the politician that can withstand the
scrutinizing process is the best person for the job. There are some
evil type people in politics hiding under the cloak of respectability
and honorability that have no business holding that position and they
abuse that position. Politicians and so-called public servants should
be held to a much higher accountability for the wrongdoings they get
involved in and not be protected under lighter sentencing guidelines
for their crimes and/or protected under civil guidelines for crimes
that they knowingly and willingly take part in and/or be ****elded from
prosecution of any kind. I don't believe that there is a shortage of
people who want and desire to hold a position of power but it should
be made very clear that in receiving that position of power their
conduct will be scrutinized to the utmost and the consequences of
engaging in unlawful activities and abuse of official powers will
result in stiff and harsh penalties along with removal from that
position of power. Just because one politician engages in wrongful
acts should not give cover to other politicians and/or public servants
who engage in those wrongful acts while knowing and/or reasonably
should have know them to be wrong. Government has to many loopholes
designed for the allowance of the abuse of citizens' of choice by
politicians and government type officials. Withholding police and/or
government protections from a citizen is not only wrong but illegal
and until it is enforced in will continue and civil lawsuits isn't
puni****ng the wrongdoers it's puni****ng the taxpayers and allows for
the continuation of willful wrongs to be committed against citizens of
choice without worry of stiff and severe penalties of a personal
nature against all those who willingly and knowingly participate in
the wrongdoings. All those caught attempting to cover-up for
government wrongdoers should be equally prosecuted as an accessory to
the wrongdoings.
