In the Mississippi Supreme Court case # 2000-KA-00777-SCT the State of
Mississippi claims to have proven that I was a convicted felon. The
Mississippi Supreme Court seems to have purposely failed to address
that issue specifically and ordered a so-called new trial that would
seem to be in harmony with that assumption while leaving me at risk of
another illegal prosecution and in further violation of my
constitutional rights. With Hinds County remanding the case V-4714 to
file (V-4714 has two counts) due to no so-called evidence (whatever
that evidence may be) and with the Mississippi Supreme Court stating
that the guns were given back to Martha Jones would seem to suggest
that the guns were the evidence and leaving the stench of me being a
so-called convicted felon in place for further future abuses. I
requested that the Mississippi Supreme Court reconsider and I notified
lawyer Fortner that that was what I wanted and Fortner refused just as
the Hinds County Public Defender/Pretenders Office had refused to
defend me properly from the start. As I am still in possession and
control of the very same firearms that were seemingly at issue with
the State of Mississippi and Hinds County who also claimed to have
proven that I was a convicted felon; I am caused to live in constant
fear of further government reprisals and illegal
prosecutions/persecutions. I was illegally imprisoned for right at 4
years and another one of my sons was killed while I set illegally in a
prison cell. We were involved in issues concerning the death of our
first son when I was attacked with these others issues. My SSI
disability was not only cut off as a result of my illegally
imprisonment but my disability information seems to have been obtained
and used against me in a negative and harmful manner and my family was
forced to suffer greatly. The protections guaranteed me under the
United States Constitution and Bill of Rights as well as the
Mississippi Constitution have been violated and remain being violated
and I am requesting immediate interventions by all those who have
sworn an oath to uphold those rights and protections. I am not a
lawyer and I have no funds to retain a lawyer to resolve the so-called
criminal issues and have been unable to locate a lawyer to handle the
so-called civil issues. We are told that the so-called criminal issues
must be resolved before any civil action can be taken because they are
different and separate. Thank you in advance for your attentions to
these very serious matters and please forward to the appropriate
authorities, individuals, politicians and etc.
