Refugee
I'm tired of being cooped up like a refugee when so many politicians
and others know that I have been wronged yet continue to set back
doing little or nothing about it. I don't care about politics or the
corrupt politicians and their political parties but they do seen to be
the rulers. What's right is right and what's wrong is wrong and even
more so when the so-called laws come into play. If I am forced to
continue to push the issues in the manner that I have been then I will
do so. I have no other means available to me as far as I can see. The
ACLU has been suggested but my wife went to them on my behalf while I
was being tortured and they refused to intervene claiming lawyer
ethics and we have a letter from the ACLU refusing to intervene. What
about human ethics and when human rights violations are involved such
as there was, human ethics should overrule so-called lawyer ethics. It
seems that the lawyer ethics are only applied when it is convenient.
It seems that everyone wants to push me toward the so-called civil
side of the so-called justice system while leaving the so-called
criminal side of the so-called justice system alone yet the so-called
criminal side is the most abusive although the civil side can be as
well. If the criminal side is not pushed then the civil side will
claim that that is where the issues should have been raised and the
lawyers did not because they refused to and I'll get the shaft once
again. The system is corrupt and they split hairs mostly when it is
convenient for them to do so and when it is to the advantage of
government. Lawyers have always told me that the criminal side and
civil side are separate and issues have to be dealt within the area
having so-called jurisdiction and to jump out of one and into the
other would surely spell disasters on both ends. The outcome would
already be predetermined to abandon the criminal side and jump to the
civil side with so-called criminal issues as far as my understanding
of the so-called system goes. While my pu****ng the issues may make
some politicians feel uneasy I cannot help that as the politicians
have sworn to an oath to uphold the protections guaranteed to every
citizen and my protections have been violated so that would seem to
put the ball in the political arena regardless of what I may think
about it.
