Perfect for someone who needs a quick commute to the city. I moved here
from the east side (40th and 2nd) and my commute to midtown west side
is faster than when I lived in Manhattan. There is a bus a half a block
a way that will get you to the ****t authority in 10 mins for only $2
each way. Can also take NY Waterway ferry or NJ Transit buses. Right
next door to Hoboken without the congestion. (you can actually find a
parking spot in Weehawken :) )
If you are living in Manhattan currently, it really is very nice to
actually have some space!
Great full service building with great staff. Never have to worry about
anything. (snow shovelled immediately, etc). 24 hour door man, pool,
gym, sauna, covered parking.
