Doesn't Foxton charge a lower commission? Isn't Foxton in bankruptcy?
If you want the lower commission, all you are paying for is a multiple
listing.
Then, if you have got a buyer, do it the old fa****oned way. Hire a lawyer
to draw up
a contract and do the closing. Tell the buyers to do it the old fa****oned
way.
Hire an attorney and make application for a mortgage themselves. The
buyer's attorney can point the way.
Why sit on your hands knowing that somebody else isn't going to do a damn
thing. Take things into your own hands.
Are you helpless or something?
