"Getting Things Done" book and Outlook

I came across an interesting book on the web.....
haven't bought it yet but will. See link

Lately Ive been feeling like Im spinning wheels. Go
home exhausted but it seems like nothing getting
accomplished.... but at work and at home.

Has anyone read this book and applied his concepts? If
yes have they helped?

Bottom line.... ho do you get things done? Do you have
a method to your madness?

He sells an add in for Outlook to help with his
concept.

Anyone use it?
