seeks a highly-motivated Technical Sup****t Engineer with experience Rich
Media software sup****t to expand our Customer Service team.
Successful candidates will have 2+ years of experience in Technical
Sup****t,
good knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server operating systems, Windows
networking, exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of Rich media, multimedia and digital video is desired.
Background in Digital Media Authoring software and/or services,
Multimedia,
Internet/Digital Media Production, Video Production and/or Editing,
Broadcast Engineering preferred.
Entry level sales skills helpful - ability to present and explain product
features to prospects on the telephone and in person.
