I would have gone with osCMAX as the cart solution, but the balance
looks good. The key problem isn't integrating look and feel, but
integrating logins across the four products. And there is an easier way
to manage that by moving to a single "create account" module that
generates all the create account data for all the different products and
then creates all the accounts at one time. In much the same way, a
single module should be called with the "edit account" save function
that updates all modules when the user changes the username/password
combination.
Rather than hacking all of them to use a handbuilt code, just make a
single piece of code that is handles the updates to all the unique
applications. Also, it would be good if the header file called a code
that would see if the user was already logged in in one application, and
if so and they are starting a different application automatically logged
them in to that application when they opened it.
