I am new at this effort so need some assistance.
I designed a web site for a group of retirees from an office I worked in
to
help us keep track of each other. I registered the domain with Network
Solutions and then put the web site up on a free provider GeoCities. I
then
went to NameSecure to forward the domain to the GeoCities site.
I found that this was not going to work as GeoCities kept cutting the web
site off stating it had exceeded its download limit.
So, I went to GoDaddy to host my web site. I asked Network Solutions to
transfer the domain to GoDaddy. NO PROBLEM! It was done in only 72
hours.
I also asked NameSecure, using e-mail, to shut off the forwarding service.
That was five days ago. They have not responded and have done nothing, so
no one can access the new web site.
To keep things up to date, I am having to up-load every change to both the
GeoCities and the GoDaddy hosts.
How do you contact NameSecure? They do not seem to be at all responsive.
Their web site has no telephone number on it!
Any assistance would be appreciated!
