Yes, they do have bulk pricing for both registrations and transfers:

If you point the nameservers to something else than their own, you'll
need to set up the mail pointing from wherever you pointed the
nameservers for your domain.

I'm not sure about their mail and hosting options in general, though,
as I've never used them. I've always pointed my domains to my own
nameservers and used my own custom parking pages. I suggest you call
