The price is without hosting, so you'll have to order this in addition.
GoDaddy also offers this if you want to simplify things, but you can
order hosting just about anywhere.

As it says next to the big "$96 value" sign, the following are included
(with short explanations):
> * NEW! Online Photo Filer
Online photo album. I'm not sure if that's hosted under your domain
(although I doubt it) or under one of their common domain names (most
likely).
> * Quick Blog !
Simple blog system installed for your domain. Judging by the word
"quick", I assume it's a no-frills blog system with a simple
not-too-customizable template.
> * Free Hosting with Web site builder
Note: Ad-sup****ted hosting (although no popups), but by the judge of
things, only HTML and images (not PHP, Perl or MySQL).
> * Complete Email
Complete e-mail hosting, nothing more. This won't be used if you point
your domain at different name servers.
> * Starter Web Page
Single and simple static front page, and that's it.
> * "For Sale" Page
> * Free Parked Page
In case you don't need to use your domain right away (or want to put it
up for sale).
> * Getting Started Guide
A quick guide to show you the ropes with regards to using their control
panel.

> * 100-Pack Email Forwarding
Redirection/forwarding of your URL and e-mail, if you want to use it.

....which is generally included at all domain registration providers.

Be alerted whenever there's an update made to your domain.

Lock your domain from changes to it. (You can, of course, unlock it for
a short period to update addresses/nameservers/etc., though.)
You can choose to use some of these services if you like, or you can
choose to use a hosting provider in addition (GoDaddy or others,
although the general perception is to *not* have your domain
registration AND hosting at the same place, in case problems should
arise at a later point).

If you still have access to the e-mail account listed in the domain's
WHOIS, transferring to another registration provider doesn't pose a
problem.

In any case, if you want to switch registration providers, you'll have
initiate it from the provider you'll be switching *to*.
