Using a person's last name as a prefix for a domain name

by "baracooda" <wayne.chiang@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Mar 7, 2007 at 08:13 AM

I am using a well-known tycoon's last name as a prefix to create a
domain name in a clever way. Ultimate, I wish to profit from it. If I
wish to sell/lease the domain name to him, will I be sued?
