No offense but why does Google owe you or anyone a livable income? I
don't recall ever seeing that in the terms I agreed to when I signed up.
I setup a site in mid-January, that site has to day earned $89.40 - in 6
weeks. Is that a living wage, no way, but they never promised me one.
And for a site that I have spent a grand total of 3 hours working on in
these 6 weeks, that seems to me to be a reasonable return.
Maybe you should explain why they repeatedly canceled your accounts -
sounds like maybe you violated their TOS? I don't know as I don't know
you or the details of what you might have done to piss them off.
Not that I am taking their side, other then that they don't owe you a
living wage. I wish you luck in your lawsuit, but I doubt you will be
successful.
Oh, and the bit about never receiving a check over $800.00 is a straw
man as they mail checks once you reach $100.00.
Really sounds like just a plug for your other ad company - hmm.. could
it be that google canceled your accounts for spamming?
