Domain Name law's

by "not Valid" <me@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jul 1, 2006 at 08:52 AM

This is a multi-part message in MIME format.

Content-Type: text/plain;
	charset="iso-8859-1"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

Is there any domain name laws that determine when a domain type has been =
wrongly used.

I see locally in England several companies like plumbers & shops using =
the suffix .net

I have always thought that was reserved for ISP's but I must be wrong.

Thank You
David
