I have twice registered the same two domains with Melbourne IT, and they
have twice gotten them registered and then days later cancelled them
without
notice to me. This seems to have something to do with their limited
ability
to deal with credit cards in the USA.
My email inquiries on how to resolve this have not been fully addressed,
and
my domains remain in limbo. I now have a web site created and email
accounts set up that I cannot use due to their total lack of help.
How do I get these names freed up so I can register them with a more
reliable and easier to deal with company? Is there some way to insure
that
they will not sell my domain names to someone else, or put me in a
situation
where I am being "blackmailed" to get my domain names back?
