Hello all,
I am a journalist with APC Magazine (www.apcmag.com) here in
Australia, and am writing a piece about the recently changed ICANN
policy which allows transfer of domain names if the owner is notified
and doesn't respond within a few days.
I would like to speak with someone who has had their domain name
stolen from them -- particularly, by someone who was just watching and
waiting, then pounced on it the second it expired. Or, even better,
perhaps there was a dispute over the name and one of the parties did
some underhanded things to get control of the domain name?
Stories from Australians are most relevant but I would welcome any
feedback from people who have been in this situation. Please respond
by Monday 29 November if you're happy to share your experiences.
