I agree that it is against the law to "sellcoupons". However, to give
someone the coupons free and have a processing fee would be perfectly
legit. If a company were to try to hard to go by the letter of the
law, they would cut their own sales / profits. My wife and I just
joined a neighborhood coupon clippers club where people get together
over coffee and swap "two Betty Crocker something for a half off oil
change". It's fun and is a blast! Sortal like bingo with a lot of
people involved.
I see no harm in a processing fee, a club member****p charge, call it
as you wish. Best of luck to all coupon clippers!!
