Where to get samples?

Hi,

I am interested in finding a perfume that I never learned the
name of, but used to smell from time to time during the
70's, so I know it has been around at least that long. This
was in PA, if that makes any difference...it may still be 
popular in that region but I moved to the SE and never
did find it popular here if worn at all. Is there a place that 
I could get samples of perfumes that have been around at
least that long? Are there sales places that could help me
with this?

Also, are there places where we can get strip samples 
of different perfumes like they sometimes put in magazines?
