Hmmm... I would think, trying to get ones rights asserted through the
legal
system (assuming the case is handled properly, not a bad judge or jury,
etc.) would not be a stupid thing in the hope of getting even. I've got
too
much tied up in this mess to just chalk it up to anything, and although
the
"company" was delisted, the patent held by the CEO is real and potentially
valuable. I have "good paper" etc.
