Your ***** is universal - Verizon, or Qwest, or AT&T or any other
RBOC, CLEC or wireless carrier you would be the same situation.
It ain't just Verizon you got a ***** with - it's the whole telcom biz...

You called, you were billed - it's pretty damn simple. And easy to grasp.
It's not _IF_ info was given - or not - it's the call and the use of the
service.

You not only utilized their facilities by calling, you took up the
operator's
time. It doesn't matter if you got the number - you used the SERVICE!
The cost to the carrier is exactly the same - number given - or not.

Let's use one you can surely relate to. You enlist the services of a
hooker.
But, then you just can't seem to get your limp noodle up. With your logic,
you'd
think you were entitled to and demand a freebee - and you certainly
wouldn't
get it.
